Physics Colloquium "Liknayan Talks"

"Liknayan Talks" is a monthly colloquium open to all students and physics enthusiasts. Established by Dr. Jan Mickelle V. Maratas, this colloquium gives an avenue for discourse on the current research works undertaken by both the faculty members and the department's graduate students.

The inaugurating talk of Liknayan Talks was given by the former Dean of the College of Science and Mathematics, Dr. Mark Nolan P. Confesor, entitled "Emergent Behavior in Active Systems; Basic Science to Devices". This was then followed by different research topics coming from the four active research groups of the department.
